Thomas practiced for more than seven and a half years as a finance attorney with Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter) and Jones Day before his career as a legal recruiter. As co-founder and partner of DP Legal Search, he specializes in corporate transactional practices, including private equity, capital markets, finance and real estate.

Thomas graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.A. in English. He earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and a champion of the 2005 William B. Spong Jr. Invitational Moot Court Competition.

Thomas is passionate about raising money for rare cancer research with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cycle for Survival, woodworking, and motorcycle rides on the open road. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and son.
